I have a subscription. I keep getting duplicate products. Also, I have been getting products that have passed the sell by date. I don't know if I have been sent products that have been returned from other customers. On top of all this, not only have I not seen any of the advertised benefits, I have not been able to speak to anyone in customer service. I definately would not recommend the products or the company on a whole.

I have sent 2 emails to 2 different departments to stop my subscription but, the orders continue. I will now block my credit card for any future orders. Very disappointed because I was a steady subscriber for more than a year.

We were in NOLA for a few days Kellie stop us walking by and had us try some of these products, We went back the next day and bought the mask that made our skin feel amazing afterward, the 24k vitamin C serum which is absolutely amazing!!! We are in week 2 of our 24K anti aging eye serum and we are liking the results!! Great products Kellie was very knowledeable and helpful when instruction uses benefits. I would highly recommend !!

Bought initial product at store in Greenville SC, and the sales person was great and the demonstration of the eye cream to tighten the bags under the eyes was great. I am not sure I need further products now but have gotten my first subscription ones and will await one more shipment to decide if I will continue monthly. This truly is a good product and the service is outstanding also .

I have been trying to find time to write a review of some of the new products that I purchased, but frankly I found it easier just to continue to use my dermatologist's cleanser and day and evening lotions rather than trying to learn the sequence and directions for all the new products as well as earlier ones that simply failed to give the promised results. I am running so low on the basic Complete Nourishing Cream that I mostly skipped it. I tried and liked the Jade Spectra-Bead Serum but found the directions on the back of the box confusing. It said to "follow" with the Jade Spectra-Bead Cream when it was what was in the box and described on the box. What was it to have followed?
Actually I find it challenging to have to read the tiny printed directions on the box, which necessitates putting on my glasses. With glasses on, I cannot even apply the eye cream.
I had grown accustomed to three basic products from my dermatologist plus two serums for am and pm. The sheer number of Noella products I find overwhelming. I do particularly like the Brightening eye cream and have use the overnight mask once, but generally feel time pressed simply to clean my face well and get to bed!
The red and blue lights just take too much time, and just as I begin the use of one of them I get the alert of a low battery. When I put it on the charger, it shows that the battery actually has juice left.
I know that I could be seeing more results if I had the time and inclination to read all the directions on the many boxes and understand them and the sequence and frequency of use for each and every one of them. May I suggest that you provide a typed set of clear directions for each product and not rely on the boxes, which take up far too much room. Without putting on my glasses, I cannot read the identifying labels on any of the jars. The boxes are scattered all over my bathroom floor and closet floor!

I do not receive any emails prior to the shipment, nor do I get any choices of products. I have a duplicate of one that I purchased in the store. It would have been nice to receive something other than that in this shipment.
